Beth is proud to be a member of the Unit for Development in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities at the University of South Wales. 
 
Beth enjoys her role as a peer-reviewer for a number of international journals, including: 
 
  • Approaches: An Interdisciplinary Journal of Music Therapy.
  • Voices: A World Forum for Music Therapy. 
  • British Journal of Music Therapy.
  • Musicology.
  • International Journal of Intellectual Disabilities.
  • Journal of Learning Development in Higher Education.
     
Beth is also proud to be an Advisory Editorial Board Member for Approaches: An Interdisciplinary Journal of Music Therapyand Associate Editor of Communication for the Nordic Journal of Music Therapy.

Beth is also currently the External Examiner for the BA(Hons) Arts in Education degree course at Canterbury Christchurch University and the Nordoff & Robbins Master of Music Therapy (MMT) programmes (accredited by Goldsmiths University).
 
Beth completed the Advance HE Professional Development Course for External Examiners in December 2020, and is listed on the Advance HE database of trained practitioners here.
